Cherry Orchard Properties is an independent letting agency competing against corporate chains in the New Malden and South West London market. They needed a digital presence that communicated trust, local expertise, and premium service quality — without the cold, transactional feel of Rightmove-clone templates.

The Approach
We leaned into warmth and locality. Playfair Display serif headings and the signature cherry blossom motif give the brand a distinctly personal, boutique feel. The property listing system combines professional photography with clear pricing and area guides covering New Malden, Surbiton, Kingston, Worcester Park, and Teddington. A prominent valuation booking CTA drives landlord leads.
