The Challenge
Explore how a dental website and reception tools could work together: helping visitors understand treatments, find practical information and leave a booking request. Brightside Dental is a fictional practice created for this demonstration, with invented people, reviews and registration details rather than a real clinic engagement.

The Design
The Approach
We paired a warm cream-and-green website with structured practice content and a reception demo. Treatment, fee, team and patient information share a consistent visual system. Voice and chat interfaces use practice information and reception tools, while booking requests follow a front-desk confirmation step. The public site explicitly identifies the practice and its imagery as fictional.
Designed to work
The Solution
A complete practice website
Treatment information, fees, team profiles and patient guidance sit within a shared design system, with clear routes to contact and booking requests.
Voice and chat reception
The demo brings voice and website chat together around practice information, messages and booking requests, with a non-clinical reception role.
A request queue for the front desk
Reception tools capture requests for human review and confirmation. The demonstration does not present an automated request as a confirmed appointment.
