01The Challenge

Mental health platforms face a paradox: the people who need them most are the least likely to engage with complex sign-up flows or clinical interfaces. Still With You needed to be immediately accessible — no accounts, no barriers — while handling deeply sensitive content with appropriate care and routing to crisis support when needed.

02The Approach

We designed five distinct entry pathways matching real situations — not diagnoses. "I've just been diagnosed," "I'm leaving hospital," "I'm not sure I need help." Each pathway uses language validated with mental health professionals. The dark, breathing UI creates a sense of safety and calm. Crisis contacts are always one tap away, never buried.

The Solution

01

Pathway-Based Navigation

Five entry points based on life situations rather than clinical categories — meeting people where they are, not where the system puts them.

02

Crisis-Aware Design

Emergency contacts surfaced at every level of the experience — designed with the understanding that state of mind can shift mid-session.

03

Breathing UI Patterns

Subtle animation rhythms (fade-ins, gentle scaling) calibrated to promote calm — no jarring transitions, no urgency signals.
