The Challenge
Beauty Atelier IN had a 5-star Google rating but no way to leverage it. Their booking process was manual (phone/WhatsApp), their expertise in microblading wasn't reflected in their online presence, and they had no system to capture and display client reviews automatically. They needed a full-stack solution, not just a website.

We built a complete digital ecosystem: a public-facing site with automated Google review integration that pulls 5-star testimonials in real-time, an AI-powered chatbot for instant client queries, a custom admin dashboard for managing bookings and content, and a blog engine to establish Iliyana's authority in semi-permanent beauty. Every piece feeds the next.
