Are you actually in Edinburgh?
No — we're based in London. We work with Edinburgh and Glasgow brands frequently because the time-zone overlap is total and the trains run hourly. If you specifically need a studio with a Royal Mile postcode, that's reasonable — and we'd be happy to recommend a few.
Can we meet at the office in Charlotte Square?
Quarterly in-person sessions are part of our retainer for Edinburgh-based clients. We come up; we don't expect you to come down. Working sessions tend to land at your office, a cafe in Stockbridge, or wherever's convenient.
