We design it, we build it, we hand you the keys. One team, one contract, one number to call.
01Foundations · Weeks 1–4
Survey, drainage, slab. The part nobody photographs and everything rests on.
02Structure · Weeks 5–14
Blockwork and brick, course by course, checked at every lift. No shortcuts in the bits you never see again.
03Roof · Weeks 15–20
Trusses up, felt and batten, tiles on. The house closes and the inside work begins.
04Finish · Weeks 21–40
Render, windows, doors, the garden laid. Snag list, then keys.
05Home · Week 41
Forty-one weeks from plot to front door, at the price we agreed on day one.
What we do
Planning drawings, structural calcs and a fixed specification before anyone digs. You sign off the house you will get, down to the door handles.
Our own groundworkers, bricklayers and carpenters under one site manager. A photo update every Friday, a walk-round at every stage.
Snagging walked together, every warranty and certificate in one folder, keys on the day we said at the price we agreed.
How it runs
The build, stage by stage
06Inside · the same house
Every house we build starts as a drawing of how you live, not a drawing of walls. Lift the roof and the drawing is rooms.
07First floor
Two bedrooms and a bathroom, each with its own window. The landing takes the stair and nothing else, so no room gives up a wall to a corridor.
08Ground floor
Hall and stair to the left, then one room from the front window to the kitchen on the back wall. The table sits under the side window.
09Handover
Then it all goes back together: roof down, lights on, one number to call if anything is ever not right. Yours, from the first drawing to the front door.
10Recent builds · Surrey
Five plots in six years, each one a different brief from a different family, all from the same way of working. Here they are on one close.
11Lived in
The brief was never the house. It was the kitchen table at seven, the bedroom that gets the morning, the hall wide enough for a pram and a bike.
12Aftercare
The van you saw on the drive during the build turns up twice more: a walk round at twelve months, another at twenty-four. Same site manager, same number.

If you own the land, we take it from the first survey to the keys. If you are still looking, we will walk the plots with you before you bid.
Before you call
No. Half our clients come with a plot, half with a shortlist. We walk the shortlist with you before you bid and tell you what each one will cost to build on.
We do, under the one contract: the drawings, the application, the conversations with the officer, the conditions afterwards. You see every drawing before it goes in.
Fixed once the ground investigation is back and the drawings are signed. The only things that move it are things you change, and you see the number before you say yes.
Forty-one weeks on the programme above, from the first dig to the keys. Weather and the odd surprise in the ground sit in the programme as float, not as excuses.
A visit at twelve months and another at twenty-four. Defects get fixed, not logged. The number you called during the build still answers.
No. BRICKFOLD is a self-initiated concept by GoSmartR, a sandbox for telling a trade’s story in 3D. The houses, the people and the numbers are invented. The way the site is built is not.
