Client login returns to the header

Brief 07 moved the portal link to the footer utility row, and existing clients stopped finding it. A quiet tertiary “Client login” is back in the desktop header — wide screens only, because below 1100px the measured nav cluster collides with the lockup — the tablet range gets the overlay menu instead of a clipped CTA, and the legacy /portal URL now 308-redirects to /login so old bookmarks keep working.
